Have you ever had a conversation that suddenly drops down, and you start telling truths about yourself and about life that you’ve never before articulated? And your partner(s) share right back in a deliciously open way? Such conversations often lead into what you don't know, often go deep that they open into the mysteries of life.

The Forge Institute is about that. We are people from every religion and pathway who are serious about having conversations that transform us.

We are about going to the place of unknowing--alone, with others and in the world. We are about breaking through the conventional and sharing what is even more deeply so than we know.

The Forge Guild is a community of people that seek to have just such interactions, long term. It's a peer community of spiritual leaders, teachers and mentors so deep that it touches the sacred.

Our Soul Jazz programs, still in Beta Testing and to be launched publicly in early 2011, teach people how to engage in conversations that transform us, each other, and our relationships.

We seek to help create a world of the kind of depth to which such conversations reach. The Call to Global Spiritual Citizenship, developed by Guild members, articulates the principles for it.

The ticket to entry is a willingness to grow, learn and love without limit. The principle requirement is the recognition that your path, like all paths, is limited in its way, and that there is much to be discovered and shared in the paradox that is being human in the face of the great mystery of life.
